:) Finally a manufacturer has decided to converge the wireless telephone headet and the PC based USB headset! This is excellent news as it allows one wireless headset to be used for normal telephone operation and with the simple press of a button the unit works as a wireless USB microphone. This is great news as you no longer need two seperate headset/microphones for the telephone and for Dragon on your PC. We have tested this new GNNetcom in house for a few weeks and found it to have excellent accuracy in Dragon 9.

So now one headset does it all. Finally!:)

I have a GN9350 but I'm having a problem with USB mode (used mainly for DNS). The unit constantly goes into MUTE every time I try to access anything and I need to keep pressing the USB button to turn the MUTE off. How do I stop this happening?

Not the correct forum for tecnhical support.

I'd try calling your supplier/retailer as the first point of all for tech support or perhaps call GN Netcomm support telephone 1800-636086.
Ive not had this problem on my unit and nor has an of my users. That being said one person was accidently clicking the mute button when picking up the headset. This is because they were pushing in the volume switch = mute.

Hope this helps.
