Hi,
I am trying to load my user profile (which has been active for about 2 months) and now a box appears telling me that "The vocabulary you have chosen General-Large is incompatible or invalid"

Any clues as to what to do?
I've changed nothing since I was using the software one month ago?

I've got version 9.10.

Please advise anyone who might be able?
Thanks
Tim

Try cleaning up your vocab in View/Edit vocab.

Or go to manage vocab and start a new vocab just to see what happends and report back.

Also try RESTORING the user in Manage users.

some time ago this query, thanks for the response all the same. I had to give up and start from scratch at the time so I can't really respond myself. I'll keep the suggestion and see how it goes if i have the same problem again. no idea what caused but the laptop has problems with sound files so it may derive from a problem there. hope not though!!

Always backup your user. Theres the lesson right there.

If you have Preferred or Professional:

CLICK:

NaturallySpeaking-Manage Users-Advanced-Export - Copy to a USB memory stick or to a network drive or any media to get it off your PC!

If you have a problem then do the reverse and IMPORT user.

If yoiu have dragon standard then your out of luck as you cant do this.

Get preferred if your serious about speech recognition.
